CANCELLATION POLICY
At Monarch Glow Studio, your appointment is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens and sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations & Reschedules: • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a 30% charge of the booked service(s). • No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late cancellation, subject to fees.
